To onboard your property with a crafted listing, marketed on all the high traffic booking platforms cost $200. The onboarding fee doesn't include the cost of professional photography for your listing. Our management fees are 20% (inc GST) of the nightly rate after the booking platform fees are deducted. Our homeowners can see their earnings live through our online Owners Portal.

Yes of course! It’s easy to book out dates on our easy to use booking calendar. We’ll make sure the property is ready for you and after you’ve stayed will arrange the cleaning process.
Properties that are managed well with a strategic plan will attract the right type of guest and are significantly less likely to be damaged. If unexpected damages do occur, insurances are available through the various booking platforms (For example $1 million protection under BnB Host Guarantee).
Run My BnB suggests that items like artwork, sculptures or jewellery be secured before guests arrive. You will also be required to get separate landlord or homeowners’ insurance in addition to insurance provided by the booking platform.
