David and Ruth Ridley are passionate about helping people achieve their financial and life goals. Run My BnB was established to help people like you maximise the rental income from your investment property.
As a trusted and experienced Property Manager, David knows how to unlock the value of your property. With a background in teaching and a keen eye for interior design, Ruth knows how to present your investment property, so you get the highest possible returns.
Our Story
We’ve seen it all firsthand. Our friend’s excitement at owning an investment property and wanting to rent it as a short term rental. From setting up listings on BnB, Stayz and other websites to managing bookings and making sure the properties were cleaned. But after a few months the excitement wore off and they realised there’s a lot more to managing holiday rental properties than getting bookings including:
- Making sure the properties were well clean and well maintained.
- Employing dependable and professional cleaners.
- Making sure the properties had WiFi and TV access, a security system and key safe.
- Making sure the holiday homes complied with local Council code of conduct and registration requirements.
- Following up guests and encouraging them to leave 5-star reviews.
- Ensuring the linen, towels, crockery and other household items were high quality and not damaged.
- Keeping the garden managed and making sure any outdoor furniture and BBQs were safe and functioning okay.
